Introducing Tiffany Chelsvig
JJA is pleased to welcome Tiffany Chelsvig to our team as a Strategic Advisor. As an executive search firm, we strive to add value beyond talent acquisition. Before and after every placement, we partner with clients on employee retention, workplace optimization and culture. Tiffany has long been an invaluable coach and advisor in these areas. We’re incredibly fortunate to have her join our extended team.
Tiffany has logged 20+ years in strategic People Operations management throughout Silicon Valley and Los Angeles. She has deep experience leading every facet of HR for multiple high-growth companies. Ms. Chelsvig has been responsible for numerous successful organizational milestones, including IPOs for Women.com, Green Dot, Rubicon Project (now Magnite) and ZipRecruiter. She was also a vital leadership team member at Velocify before and through its sale to Ellie Mae.
The true north on Tiffany’s compass is a refreshingly holistic view of performance improvement at the individual, team and company levels. She holds an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and an MA in Counseling Psychology.

Interests outside of work: Serving on the Board of Directors at Boys & Girls Club of the Foothills, watching soccer matches (especially her kids’ college games), running, reading, gardening and walking the family’s two dogs, Finn and Nala.
